Side Effects

Like all medicines, Novia 400 mg tablets can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Common ones include:

  • Anaemia (low red blood cells)
  • Tiredness
  • Cough
  • Skin rash

Precautions

Ribavirin causes birth defects. Both women and men must avoid a pregnancy during treatment and for months afterwards. Regular blood tests are needed. Tell your doctor about heart disease.

How to Use
