Overview
Omsana-Am 10/40 Tablets is a combination medicine that contains Amlodipine and Telmisartan. It comes as a tablet. The pack contains 20 tablets in a pack.
This medicine combines 2 blood pressure medicines in one tablet. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that widens blood vessels; Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels. Together they lower blood pressure more than either one alone.

Side Effects
Like all medicines, Omsana-Am 10/40 Tablets can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Common ones include:

- Swollen ankles

Precautions

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, as directed on the pack. Keep out of the reach of children and do not use after the expiry date.
