Overview
Pentagon injection contains Pentazocine. It comes as a injection. The pack contains 5 amp x 1ml injection.
Pentazocine is an opioid painkiller, mostly given by injection for strong pain.

- Pain relief before and after surgery
Side Effects
Like all medicines, Pentagon injection can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Common ones include:
- Drowsiness
- Dizziness
- Nausea or vomiting
- Sweating

Precautions
It can cause dependence and slow breathing. Avoid alcohol and other sedatives, and do not drive if you feel drowsy. It is used only for as long as needed and under medical supervision.

Store as directed on the pack. Some injections need to be kept in a fridge, so check the label. Keep out of the reach of children and do not use after the expiry date.
