REDEP TABLET

Redep tablet contains Sertraline, an antidepressant of the SSRI group. It is used to treat depression and certain anxiety disorders.

Uses:

1. Depression: Redep helps improve mood, sleep, appetite, and interest in daily life.
2. Anxiety Disorders: It is also used for conditions such as panic disorder, OCD, and social anxiety.

Side Effects: Common side effects include nausea, headache, sleep changes, dry mouth, or reduced appetite, which often ease over the first weeks.

When Not to Use:

1. MAO Inhibitors: Do not use with or close to MAO inhibitor medicines.
2. Hypersensitivity: Avoid if allergic to the ingredient.
3. Specialist Advice: Use under medical supervision, especially in young people.

Take as prescribed and allow a few weeks for the full effect. Do not stop suddenly, as this can cause withdrawal effects. Tell your doctor of any mood changes.
