Synalar Cream 30g contains Fluocinolone. It comes as a cream. The pack contains 30 gm.
Fluocinolone is a corticosteroid used on the skin, and in some ear and scalp preparations, to reduce inflammation and itching.
Uses of Synalar Cream 30g
Synalar Cream 30g is used for:
- Eczema and dermatitis

Side Effects
Like all medicines, Synalar Cream 30g can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Common ones include:
- Mild burning or stinging on application
- Skin thinning with prolonged use
- Dryness

Precautions
Apply fluocinolone thinly to the affected area and for the time your doctor advised, avoiding the face and prolonged use unless told. Do not use it under airtight dressings unless directed. If the skin does not improve in the advised time, see a doctor.
Tell your doctor about any other medicines or supplements you take, any allergies, and if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding.
How to Use
Clean and dry the affected skin, then apply a thin layer as your doctor or pharmacist advised. Wash your hands afterwards unless your hands are being treated. For external use only. Read the leaflet inside the pack before you start.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, as directed on the pack. Keep out of the reach of children and do not use after the expiry date.
