Used correctly, it relieves congestion, aches, headache and fever together.
The active ingredient is Paracetamol& Triprolidine & Pseudoephedrine. It combines a decongestant, a pain reliever and often an antihistamine. This targeted action is what makes it effective for its approved uses.
Always take it exactly as your doctor prescribes. The right amount depends on your age, condition and response, so never increase, reduce or stop it on your own. If you are unsure, check the leaflet or ask your pharmacist.
Like all medicines, it may cause side effects in some people, such as restlessness, dry mouth, raised blood pressure or drowsiness. These are often mild and settle on their own, but seek medical advice if any are severe or persistent.
