- Mixed malaria infections that include falciparum
Side Effects
Like all medicines, Artelum Forte 40mg/240mg tablet can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Common ones include:
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Loss of appetite
- Nausea or vomiting
- Joint or muscle pain

Precautions
It is used to treat malaria, not to prevent it. Taking it with food or a milky drink helps the body absorb it.
