Uses of Darvin Tablets .

Darvin Tablets . is used for the short-term relief of moderate to severe pain, such as pain after an injury, an operation or dental treatment, when paracetamol or anti-inflammatory painkillers on their own have not been enough. Combining two painkillers that work in different ways gives stronger relief than either alone. It is not intended for long-term, everyday pain.

How Darvin Tablets . works

Tramadol is an opioid that acts on pain receptors in the brain and spinal cord, and it also increases serotonin and noradrenaline, which dampen pain signals. Paracetamol works mainly in the brain to reduce pain and fever. Together they relieve pain more effectively than either ingredient on its own.

Possible side effects

Some people notice side effects with Darvin Tablets ., particularly when they first start it. These include:

  • Dizziness
  • Drowsiness
  • Constipation
  • Headache

  • Tell your doctor if you have epilepsy, breathing problems, liver or kidney disease, or take antidepressants, as some combinations raise the risk of fits or serotonin syndrome.
  • Avoid alcohol, sleeping pills and other sedatives, and do not drive if you feel drowsy or dizzy.
  • It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for children under 12.

Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it in the original pack until use. Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
