Medisopt E/D 5Ml is prescribed for treating eye inflammation with, or at risk of, bacterial infection. Use it only as advised by your doctor.
Used correctly, it reduces eye inflammation while treating or preventing infection.
The active ingredient is Dexamethasone & Ofloxacin. It combines an antibiotic with an anti-inflammatory steroid.
Take exactly the dose your doctor prescribes. Do not change or stop it without medical advice.
Possible Side Effects include stinging, blurred vision or raised eye pressure with long use. Tell your doctor if any are severe or persistent.
Use only for the prescribed period; needs eye-pressure checks if used long. Also tell your doctor about your allergies and other medicines.
Store below 30°C away from sunlight, keep the bottle closed, do not freeze, and keep away from children.
