SACUBITRIL is a medication that belongs to a class of drugs called angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitors (ARNI). It is used to treat heart failure in adults. The drug works by blocking the action of certain hormones that constrict blood vessels and increase blood pressure, while also increasing the levels of a substance called natriuretic peptides, which help to relax blood vessels and reduce blood pressure.
