  3. Severe Kidney Impairment or Dialysis: EMPOLI 25mg Tablets should not be used in individuals with severe kidney impairment or those undergoing dialysis.
  4. Allergy to Empagliflozin: Individuals with a known allergy to Empagliflozin or any components of EMPOLI 25mg Tablets should avoid using this medication.
